• Cancellation 48+ hours before: 100% refund of amount paid
• Cancellation 24-48 hours before: 50% refund of amount paid
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before: No refund
• If cancelled by us: 100% refund or rebooking to another date

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
